Darcy Koenig

Owner / Partner

Darcy began her career in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oregon State University. While earning her degree she worked as a receptionist at a pediatric clinic and shortly after graduating she was promoted to referral coordinator where she was responsible for processing specialist referrals and bridging the gap between primary and specialist care for patients and their families. Looking for a change from her job in the medical field, her experience in Project Administration began in 2015 when she joined Lenity Architecture as a Land Use Specialist and Project Coordinator for Greg Elmore. While knowing little about architecture or development, Darcy quickly found that she excelled at providing exceptional service for her clients by diligently tracking project approvals and always asking questions to provide the client with the most accurate and detailed information possible.

Now very skilled in fact finding, Darcy is responsible for early information gathering on all proposed site locations. She makes first contact with the local jurisdictions to determine preliminary process details for Entitlement Approvals. Darcy also makes the initial contacts with local utilities and confirms availability of services to the project. Once the Land Use and Entitlement process is underway, Darcy is responsible for gathering the best information available on fees required to develop the Project. She continues to refine the Investment Report for the client as the project develops and additional information is discovered. Darcy is the fact checker and the keeper of the project information. She prides herself in knowing all she can about process and costs to keep the client informed.

Darcy currently lives in Keizer, Oregon with her husband and high school sweetheart, Jeff, their son Owen, and a recent new addition; daughter Audrey.
