Greg Elmore

Owner / Partner

Greg began his career in 1992 with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. He promptly married his high school sweetheart and went straight to work for Page Sutherland Page in Dallas, Texas. His immediate focus was on healthcare and health related industries. In 1994, he relocated to Oregon for his wife to attend law school, and he joined the architecture offices of Settecase Smith Doss. There he worked as an intern architect and drafts person with much of his focus on the health industry, commercial development, schools and multifamily residential. In 1998 Greg joined the fledgling development company of Mountain West Senior Housing (now Bonaventure Senior Living) as part of a four-person team. Over the subsequent 10 years Greg helped build Mountain West Senior Housing into one of the West Coast’s premier Senior Living Portfolios. In 2008, Greg left MWSH and started working in architecture firms focusing on Project management, land use, entitlement, and project coordination, with a focus on Senior Housing and Healthcare. After several years as a Senior Manager, in 2018, Greg left the architecture field, partnered with his work mate Darcy Koenig and together they formed e2k Consulting. Using all he had learned inside an architecture firm and inside a development company, Greg endeavored to provide an independent and thorough service to developers, contractors, and architects in need of a professional Land Use Consultant and Project Coordinator.

Greg is widely known in the industry for his integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Having appeared before local councils, planning boards and neighborhood groups all over the country for the last 28 years has made him a seasoned and intuitive representative for his clients. Over the years, Greg has had the opportunity to master a deep understanding of the intricacies of State and local ordinances and statutes. He provides the client with an exceptional set of skills including analysis of a variety of land use and entitlement situations as well as a professional presentation – representing his clients in a way that is unparalleled. Greg takes great pride and under promising and overperforming for his clients.

Greg Elmore has shared a home and a life with his wife Holly for the last 33 years. They have raised two children, Cameron and Chloe, and reside in both Salem and Bend, Oregon with their crazy border collie, Bindi.
